Psychotherapy and Talk Groups
Our groups are connective and geared toward both support and personal insight. They are ideal for people looking to make connections, learn more about themselves, get new ideas, support and push forward toward healing, progress and pleasure.
Participants are helped to feel comfortable and benefit from the experience of coming together to talk in a uniquely private theraputic forum.
Adult Children of Addicted or Abusive Families: This group is for adults who have addiction and/or abuse in their family background and are looking for a more personal group therapy experience. The group is geared toward support, discussion of current life issues and how past history effects future progress.
Group Fees are $50 per group and may be reimbursed by insurance.
